Hi Srinivas, The rash on your feet could be due to contact dermatitis, a fungal infection, or an allergic reaction. Since there’s no itching or fluid, it may be mild. What to Do: 1. Wash your feet with mild soap and keep them dry. 2. Apply calamine lotion or aloe vera gel for soothing. 3. Avoid tight shoes or sweaty socks. Medications (If Needed): • Use antifungal cream (like clotrimazole) if it looks flaky. • Take cetirizine if it might be an allergy. If it worsens or spreads further, see a doctor. Let me know how it feels after a day or two!

I understand your concern about the burn-like spots on your feet. Since they appear more like burn marks than a rash, they could be due to friction burns, chemical irritation, or minor vascular issues. To manage them, you can keep the area clean, apply soothing lotion (like aloe vera gel), and avoid tight footwear. If the spots persist, worsen, or become painful, I recommend consulting a dermatologist for a thorough evaluation and treatment.
