Bloating, constipation & unable to pass the gas - #9094

I am suffering from bloating problem since 2020 and constipation too. Due to this I am unable to pass the gas. Whenever I took luxative I have go to toilet more than 3-4 times and when I pass the gas it's with stool and my underwear got dirty. Doctor said that you are suffering from IBS. Plz help
