Kindly increase the water intake that is hydration in your body 
If there is any pain or fever it indicates urinary tract infection in your body.
Mostly treatment of kidney stone depends on type of stone also.
Kindly take syrup citralka 15 ml in half glass of water three times a day.
Enhance citrus fruits in diet
Avoid protein foods 
If still not passed in urine then have to undergo ESWL or urethroscopy.
