Amytriptline Tapering guidance - #10174

How can I best taper amytriptline which I have been taking for 10 months. I take 25mg dose once every evening to sleep well and reduce some stress. I am a male aged 35 years. I would like to stop using the amytriptline dose and start my normal life.
