When i should be concered about PVC and SVT? can I live without those beta blockers? - #10144

Mahmoud

I am male 23 . physically active kinda. earlier i was working out heavy and building muscles even with those SVT , PVC. This year got diagnosed with GAD (anxiety) . and somehow PVC became more scary to me. SVT happening for me for 7 y since age of 16 . did echo then and all was okay. after changing my Water intake source . i got SVT to happen very very few times a year . i thought it was gone even at some point . now at 2025 , i had 3 episodes of SVT overall . cuz i remember each one. last one was today. self terminated when i got home and laid on bed . upon termination felt feeling of heart pause . didn't faint . is that normal ? another note : my bp during SVT attack mostly same as without SVT attack for PVC i have low burden i made Holter and i got result of : 1 normal sinus rhythm 2 no dangerous pauses 3 tachycardic rate 30% of all beats 4 sinus arrthymia 5) 8 PVC ( 6 isolated , 2 in pair) 6 St segment elevation <1mm ( early repolarization phenomenon ) 7 night rate during sleep is good 58 bpm 8 highest rate during day is 189 bpm (during workout) meds taken during test : Antidepressant low dose , mg low dose) i also made ECHO and result : all normal with EF 69% I once tried beta blockers for 1 month and i felt awful felt not being able to walk even or be productive at all and extra depression and didnt help actually. I had SVT attack this year while on beta blocker. decided to cold turkey stop them at all . this was 4 months ago Do you think i can live my life normally ? do i have risk of dangerous heart rhythm ? i will visit cardiologist next week. what do you think best options for me? reassurance and just live ? this is what i want and pray for
