On off chest pain but ecg Echo is normal and always burping. GERD symptoms but have the left side chest pain, doctor gives the mac rabonik dsr capsule, nuroloc tr-20 table, amiton plus, Aroraft Alginate raft-foaming oral suspension B.P.syrup for 30 days, After 1 week no result now what I do.and I have health anxiety like heart attack.

Dear Akash, Your on-and-off left-sided chest pain with excessive burping and GERD symptoms are concerning, especially with your health anxiety about a heart attack. Since your ECG and Echo are normal, this pain is more likely due to GERD, acid reflux, or anxiety-related chest tightness rather than a heart issue. Next Steps: 1. OTC Medications for Relief: • Antacids – Gelusil, Digene, or Gaviscon syrup/tablets (after meals) to neutralize acid. • H2 Blockers – Famotidine 20 mg (before meals) for longer-lasting acid control. • Alginate-Based Syrups – Gaviscon Advance to reduce acid reflux and heartburn. 2. Diet & Lifestyle Changes: • Avoid spicy, oily, and acidic foods (citrus, coffee, tea, soda, alcohol). • Eat smaller meals and don’t lie down for 2-3 hours after eating. • Elevate your head while sleeping to prevent reflux. • Stay hydrated and avoid carbonated drinks. 3. Anxiety Management: • GERD and health anxiety can worsen each other. Try deep breathing, meditation, and regular physical activity. • If anxiety is severe, consider consulting a therapist for further guidance. 4. Further Evaluation (if pain persists): • Endoscopy (UGI endoscopy) – To check for gastritis, ulcers, or H. pylori infection. • H. pylori testing (stool/breath test) – If infection is suspected, antibiotic therapy may be needed. Since you’re young and tests show no heart issues, your pain is most likely GERD-related or anxiety-driven. However, if symptoms persist beyond 2-3 weeks, consult a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.

Can rbbb with lpfb cause sudden death

I am a 23 year old and I recently got an ecg which says rbbb with lpfb and I got echo done my heart structure is fine except mitral valve elongation I want to know if there is a risk of sudden cardiac death involved I sometimes get BP of 134 over 90 generally my BP is 120 over 80 I sometimes get palpations and my heart rate is generally above 80 am concerned whether it is life threatening or not I have visited a general physician and a cardiologist both them said it's ok nothing to worry about but none explained what caused rbbb

I completely understand why you’re feeling anxious after seeing these terms on your ECG, especially when doctors don’t explain things clearly. Since both your general physician and cardiologist have reassured you, and your ECHO is normal except for mitral valve elongation, let me break it down for you. 1. What Does RBBB with LPFB Mean? RBBB (Right Bundle Branch Block) means that the electrical signal in the right side of your heart is slightly delayed. In young, healthy individuals with a normal heart structure, this is usually not dangerous. LPFB (Left Posterior Fascicular Block) means that a small part of the left ventricle’s conduction system is blocked. On its own, it is rarely serious unless there is underlying heart disease, which your ECHO has ruled out. 2. Why Did It Happen? In many people, RBBB and LPFB can be normal variants due to slight anatomical differences. Sometimes, they appear due to minor changes in the heart’s electrical system, past viral infections, or mild fibrosis. However, since your ECHO is normal, there is no immediate concern. 3. Is There a Risk of Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD)? There is no major risk in your case because your heart structure is normal, and you do not have symptoms like fainting, severe arrhythmia, or chest pain. If RBBB with LPFB were due to a serious condition like ischemic heart disease or cardiomyopathy, it would have shown up in your ECHO, which is not the case here. 4. Why Are You Experiencing Palpitations & High Heart Rate? Anxiety and overthinking can cause increased heart rate and palpitations. Mitral valve elongation may sometimes contribute to mild BP fluctuations and heart awareness, but it is not dangerous. Some people naturally have a higher resting heart rate, especially if they are anxious or have lower fitness levels. 5. What Can You Do? Regular exercise, staying hydrated, reducing caffeine, and improving sleep quality can help manage palpitations. Occasional BP readings of 134/90 are not alarming, but if they remain high, reducing salt intake and stress management can help. Since your condition is not serious, there is no need for excessive cardiac testing unless new symptoms develop. 6. When Should You Worry? If you experience fainting, unexplained chest pain, sudden heart rate spikes above 150 without reason, or severe breathlessness, you should get re-evaluated by a cardiologist. However, at this point, there is nothing to indicate a life-threatening condition. Your reports and symptoms do not suggest anything dangerous, so try not to stress too much. It’s good that you got checked by specialists, and they have reassured you. Focus on staying active and managing stress, and you should be just fine.

Before 3-4 year ago i had pericardities problem now im ok my reporta are normal but still my heart and cheat muscle are paining and burning from inside chest , im taking zerodol sp tablet for inflammation and results is nothing

Dear Dhaval, Since you had pericarditis 3-4 years ago and your reports are now normal, but you’re still experiencing chest pain and burning, it’s important to evaluate possible causes beyond inflammation. Here’s what you can do: Possible Causes of Your Symptoms: 1. Post-Pericarditis Syndrome: Some people continue to experience discomfort even after healing. 2. Musculoskeletal Pain: Persistent chest wall pain could be due to muscle strain or costochondritis. 3. GERD (Acid Reflux): Burning sensations in the chest are sometimes due to acid reflux, especially if symptoms worsen after eating. 4. Nerve-Related Pain: Post-inflammatory nerve irritation can cause lingering pain. Steps to Reduce Your Pain: 1. Re-evaluate the Cause • Consider tests like Echocardiogram, ECG, Troponin levels if the pain feels deep and persistent. • If the pain is sharp and worsens with movement, it might be musculoskeletal. 2. Try Alternative Pain Management • NSAIDs (like Zerodol-SP) may not be effective long-term. You can try: • Colchicine (commonly used for pericarditis-related inflammation). • Low-dose steroids (only under a doctor’s supervision). • Magnesium supplements might help if muscle tightness is contributing. • Topical pain relievers (diclofenac gel) for muscle-related pain. 3. Manage GERD (If Acid Reflux Is a Factor) • Avoid spicy, oily, and late-night meals. • Take antacids or PPIs (like Pantoprazole) under guidance if symptoms worsen after food. 4. Physical Therapy & Lifestyle Adjustments • Gentle stretching & breathing exercises can help if it’s muscle-related. • Warm compress or hot showers to relax chest muscles. Since your symptoms haven’t improved with Zerodol-SP, a follow-up with a cardiologist or gastroenterologist would be a good idea to rule out persistent inflammation or acid reflux.

Agar Echo normal hai, to panic disorder ya anxiety ka possibility strong ho sakta hai. Aapke palpitations, ghabrahat, raat me neend khulna, sine me jalan, haath me jhunjhunaahat—ye sab anxiety symptoms ho sakte hain. ✅ Caffeine, smoking aur stress ko kam karein. ✅ Relaxation techniques (deep breathing, meditation) daily karein. ✅ Regular physical activity rakhein. ✅ Agar symptoms persist kar rahe hain ya dincharya prabhavit ho rahi hai, to psychiatric consultation lein. Medications aur therapy se ye symptoms effectively control ho sakte hain. Dr Aman Shaba Consultant Psychiatrist
