Can rbbb with lpfb cause sudden death

I am a 23 year old and I recently got an ecg which says rbbb with lpfb and I got echo done my heart structure is fine except mitral valve elongation I want to know if there is a risk of sudden cardiac death involved I sometimes get BP of 134 over 90 generally my BP is 120 over 80 I sometimes get palpations and my heart rate is generally above 80 am concerned whether it is life threatening or not I have visited a general physician and a cardiologist both them said it's ok nothing to worry about but none explained what caused rbbb

Right Bundle Branch Block (RBBB) with Left Posterior Fascicular Block (LPFB) can sound alarming, but in many young people with normal heart structure on echo and no other symptoms like fainting or chest pain, it often isn't life-threatening. This combination can be a type of bifascicular block, but if you don’t have underlying heart disease, it’s usually considered benign, especially since your echo is normal and only shows mitral valve elongation, which alone is often harmless. Your occasional high BP (134/90) and resting heart rate above 80 are within borderline ranges and can be influenced by stress, caffeine, dehydration, or anxiety. Since both the physician and cardiologist have cleared you and found no structural heart disease, the risk of sudden cardiac death is extremely low in your case. However, if your symptoms change — like you begin fainting, feel chest tightness, or your palpitations become more frequent — further evaluation like a Holter monitor or stress test might be helpful. It's great you're being proactive; maintaining a heart-healthy lifestyle, staying active, managing stress, and doing routine follow-ups are the best things you can do. How to Reduce pain on heart Muscle

Before 3-4 year ago i had pericardities problem now im ok my reporta are normal but still my heart and cheat muscle are paining and burning from inside chest , im taking zerodol sp tablet for inflammation and results is nothing

Even though your current reports are normal, chest pain and burning after pericarditis could be due to lingering post-inflammatory changes, muscle strain, or even nerve-related pain (costochondritis or intercostal neuralgia). Sometimes, the pain is not from the heart but from the chest wall or soft tissues, which might not respond well to anti-inflammatory drugs like Zerodol-SP alone. It's also possible that anxiety or acid reflux (GERD) is contributing to the burning sensation — both can mimic heart-related pain and may coexist with past cardiac issues. For proper relief, a re-evaluation by a cardiologist and a general physician is important — including ECG, echocardiogram, and possibly a chest X-ray or upper GI endoscopy if GERD is suspected. You may benefit more from a targeted treatment plan that includes a combination of muscle relaxants, nerve pain medication, or antacids, depending on the root cause. Avoid self-medicating further — it’s better to get a guided approach. Let me know if you want help making a list of tests or a second opinion plan.

Ejection fraction is at 21% according to Echo and MRI

I went to the doctor because my Apple Watch said my heart rate was at 37-41 while working out. I thought my watch was functioning improperly so I checked it with my BP cuff. I had the same reading. After an ultrasound and an MRI, my EF is at 21%. My left side is enlarged, and I have LBBB. I’ve always monitored my HR and BP for the past few years. I’m very active, and workout 4-5 times a week. I’ve never been on meds before, but the doctor put me 4 different meds and wants me to get a defibrillator. This is all happening so fast and I don’t want to jump the gun. Can EF improve with meds only?

An ejection fraction (EF) of 21% is significantly lower than normal, as the typical EF ranges from 50-70%. It indicates that the heart is not pumping blood as efficiently as it should, which can lead to symptoms like low heart rate and fatigue. This can happen with conditions like left bundle branch block (LBBB) and heart failure, which can cause the left side of the heart to enlarge. In some cases, medications can help improve heart function, but a low EF often requires additional treatments. The medications your doctor prescribed are likely aimed at improving heart function and preventing further damage. However, a defibrillator might be recommended to help prevent life-threatening arrhythmias due to the low EF and your LBBB. While the goal of treatment is to improve heart function, it’s important to follow your doctor’s advice and attend regular follow-ups to monitor progress. With the right combination of medications and devices like a defibrillator, many patients experience stabilization or improvement in their condition.
