Ye ho sakta hai incomplete miscarriage, infection ya ectopic pregnancy. Aapko urgent ultrasound aur gynec consult lena chahiye.

Agar uterus mein retained products hain ya infection ho, toh pain killers sirf pain mask karega, problem solve nahi karega. Isliye ultrasound aur proper jaanch ke baad hi yeh dawa lena safe hai.

Aapki LMP 9 February 2025 thi, toh aaj ke hisaab se approx 10 weeks gestation hai. EDD around 16 November 2025 banega. Aapki HCG report me 10,000 mIU/mL dikh raha hai, jo expected 10 weeks ke liye low hai, aur zyada match karta hai 5–6 week pregnancy se. Lekin ab sudden heavy bleeding + foul smell concerning hai — yeh threatened ya incomplete miscarriage lag raha hai. Agar aap ye pregnancy continue nahi karna chahti, toh medical abortion tablets diye ja sakte hain, lekin sirf gynaecologist ke supervision me. Please do the following on an urgent basis: • TVS ultrasound karao to confirm uterus me sac ya retained products hain ya nahi. • Repeat HCG after 48 hours to assess trend (rising/falling). • Infection rule out karna zaroori hai, kyunki foul smell alarming sign hai. Agar uterus properly clean ho gaya aur infection control me raha, toh aap future me easily conceive kar sakti hain — koi dikkat nahi hogi.
