Hi Aruna, Foamy urine, heavy bleeding, and a WBC count of 3450 suggest possible kidney issues (like proteinuria) or hematological disorders (such as leukemia). 1. Consult a hematologist for further evaluation of the mild leukemia. 2. Urine test to confirm proteinuria and check for infection or kidney issues. 3. Pelvic ultrasound to investigate the cause of bleeding. 4. Complete blood count (CBC) and kidney function tests for a clearer diagnosis. Immediate follow-up is crucial for proper treatment.

A WBC count of 3450 is on the lower side, which could indicate an underlying issue, and the symptoms of blood in urine, heavy bleeding, and unusual smell should be evaluated further. It's crucial to follow up with a hematologist or oncologist to understand the severity of the mild leukemia and get a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your condition.
