Sometimes I notice red patches or spots on the head of my penis. They appear randomly and usually disappear on their own after a few hours. They don’t cause any pain or itching. I’ve also noticed that when I have an erection, these red spots are either much less visible or completely unnoticeable. I'm not sure what's causing them, and I haven’t used any new products or experienced any injuries. I'm a bit concerned and would like to know if this could be something serious or just a temporary irritation.I’m not sure why, but in the past my penis was uncut and I never had any issues with dryness of the foreskin. But now I do, and I don’t know what changed or why it’s happening
