Slow urine flow - #9925

I went with my kidney stone surgery on 16th February since then I was facing a slow urine flow, also get test with uroflowmetry and USG kub pvr in which its is mentioned that mild fullness of pelvicalyceal system and upper ureter and in both side mild concreattion found, please advise how slow urine flow be good and advise some medicine for this. Please advise
