How to treat arm hyperpigmentation ? - #9854

May be I'm ellergic to sun exposure. Having hyperpigmentation on arms and thighs specially left side from so long. Never applied any medicines. How to treat this hyperpigmentation . I searched on the internet about this and found that this is hyperpigmentation.
