Recurring stomach and back pain could indicate an underlying digestive or musculoskeletal issue that needs further evaluation. Consult a gastroenterologist and possibly an orthopedist to determine the root cause of your symptoms and get appropriate treatment.

Hi Mansi, Since it’s affecting both your stomach and back, it could be related to musculoskeletal issues like muscle strain or a spine problem, or even referred pain from your digestive issues. If the pain radiates to your back, it could also suggest the possibility of renal stones, so it’s important to consider that as well. For now, I recommend starting with a combination of Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase twice a day for pain, inflammation, and to reduce swelling, Pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast for gastric discomfort, and Ibuprofen + Paracetamol as needed for severe pain (up to 3 times a day). It’s important to follow up with your doctor, who may suggest basic investigations like a CBC, Urine Routine and Microscopy, and Ultrasound Abdomen to check for kidney stones, infections, or gastrointestinal concerns. Rest and using a warm or cold compress on the affected area might also provide some relief. By the way, when was your last menstrual period (LMP) and do you have any irregularities in your menses?
