26 yr old female patient is having tumor of around 4.5cm & 3.5cm in both lungs (4th stage). Previous history of carcinoma ex pleomorphic adenoma is there at parotid gland which got removed 2 years back. Expected survival rate, survival years, treatment procedure among chemotherapy & surgery etc ????
