Hi Gaurav, Nightfall at 18 is normal and not a disease. It happens due to hormonal changes, sexual thoughts, and semen buildup, especially if you're not ejaculating regularly. To reduce nightfall: - Avoid watching adult content. - Stay engaged in studies, hobbies, or exercise. - Don’t sleep on your stomach. - Plan scheduled masturbation to reduce semen pressure. - Practice relaxation before sleep. It usually settles with time and doesn’t harm your health. If you have more questions about nightfall or masturbation, you can consult me online or in person. – Dr. Aman Shaba MD (Psychiatry) Consultant Psychiatrist 7992489808

Hi, Nightfall is normal at your age and not a disease. It usually reduces with time. To manage it: • Avoid sexual content. • Exercise regularly. • Empty your bladder before bed. • Maintain a healthy sleep routine. No treatment is needed unless it’s causing distress—then consult a doctor or counselor.
