Hi doctor... I always have mucus in my throat and every time I try to speak firstly I have to clear my throat.... Sometimes in morning it's difficult to speak.... I consulted different doctors and everyone gives me medicine but .. nothing will happen

It can be due to the post nasal discharge i.e the secretions in the sinuses and nose coming into the throat from behind the nose...
Some people with acid reflux will also with similar complaints...if you are having sinusitis issue consult an Ent specialist and get rid of your problem
