I keep having a cold since COVID-19. It got better for a while but it is not that severe. Sometimes it gets worse but I face problems when I go running. And since last 1 year mucus keeps getting accumulated in my throat, both phlegm and mucus keep forming, phlegm happens only due to mucus, there is no allergy and there is no inflammation either In the past years, since I have focused on my diet, I neither have much fever nor cough.And I have taken all anti allergic anti biotics and ayurvedic medicine(amastha awleh) I am 21 years old, my weight is 60kg and physically I am fit
