Cold palm and feet when I m hungry .I mean I don't have anemia but I cant fast as I feel uneasy and like I would faint when I don't eat and I am very thin .I am 22 year old MBBS student and was absolutely fine for the first 3 months but soon I started experiencing sweaty soles and palms with retching I have been to 2-3 Doctors they checked my blood and said Everything is fine haemoglobin is normal my menstrual cycle is also normal But I feel uneasy and my soles and palm become cold when I m hungry
