Abdominal discmfert - #9539
I am 26 year old and having abdominal burning sensation just 3 finger up from the naval and 3 finger left from there. Pain is having all the time but once my stomach is empty like after 12-16 hrs fasting I am not feeling burning sensation. But just after having food the burning sensation start again .when I am having this burning sensation same discomfort is also feel in left testical and as well lateral aspect of left thigh as well as minor feeling in groin area as well . Investigation - endoscopy till D2 is normal , whole abdominal and pelvis mri normal , mri fistula protocol is normal , CBC normal , just bilirubine is slightly high . USG abdominal pelvis normal and testicular color doplar is normal as well . Kindly suggest good treatment for this
