Why my bleeding is not coming out after taking abortion pills - #9485

It's my early pregnancy almost 2-3 weeks and I'm newly married not want baby as soon so I took full dose of abortion pills firstly mifepristone and second misoprostal it's almost getting 24hrs only light yellowish liquid comes out with mild cramp but not bleeding what it means??
