Toddler having some kind of skin infection - #9418

Sangita Prajapati

My 2 year old son is having some kind of skin infection on front side of elbow and on shoulder. Last year during summer it happened. It's not prickly heat thing as it doesn't go away even after applying suthol but it relives to some extent. It's spreading in his fore arm like tiny little dots red in color and its itching kindly suggest some effective medicine as it's just the beginning of summer and I am worried as it's spreading on shoulder as well
