Hello Diya, Sorry to hear that this is causing you alot of stress. 
For a pregnancy to take place a female’s egg should fertilise a sperm and then get implanted in the uterus and grow. Anything hampering with this sequence can cause difficulty to conceive. Also the timing of your intercourse is important. It should occur when your egg ruptures. A sperm can stay alive in the female genital tract for 72 hours so kindly time your intercourse accordingly along with the timing of your egg rupture. 
Other reasons which can cause difficulty in conceiving inspite of ruptured egg include- Any Genital infection, decreased sperm count or sperm mobility (will be diagnosed on semen analysis), any anatomical abnormality in the uterus such as fibroid uterus or septate uterus, any medical condition in the wife or husband such as Thyroid diseases, Diabetes. 
All of this will need further evaluation. I would suggest you to have an inperson consultation with a gynaecologist for further evaluation.
