Why do I get pain in left side rib below the breast ? - #9301

I am 9 months breastfeeding mother and breast became saggy I have consulted doctor she gave zerodol Mr tablet in the night for 5 days and today morning I had a pain near left breast below the rib pain and sometimes couldn't take deep breathe why it will happen like that for me pls tell
