Aapki mummy ke subah-subah saans chadhne aur energy loss hone ke kai possible reasons ho sakte hain. Isme sabse common wajah chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), heart-related issues, anemia, ya postural hypotension ho sakti hai. Subah symptoms zyada hone ka matlab ho sakta hai ki raat bhar mucus jama hota ho ya phir unka blood pressure ya oxygen level fluctuate karta ho. Sabse Pehle Kya Karein? 1. Oxygen Level Check Karein – Ek pulse oximeter se subah aur symptoms ke time unka SpO2 (oxygen level) check karein. Agar 92% se kam ho to turant doctor se consult karein. 2. Blood Pressure Monitor Karein – Subah uthne ke baad aur symptoms ke time BP check karein. Agar low aa raha ho, to postural hypotension ho sakta hai. 3. Blood Tests Karwayein – CBC (anemia check karne ke liye), thyroid function test, ECG & 2D Echo (heart function ke liye) zaroori ho sakti hai. 4. Lung Function Test (PFT) & Chest X-ray – Agar unko pehle se asthma ya COPD ka issue hai, to iska check-up zaroori hai. Turant Rahat Ke Liye Kya Karein? • Room Ventilation – Subah fresh air mile, iske liye kamra properly ventilated rakhein. • Steam Inhalation – Agar mucus build-up ho raha ho to steam dena helpful ho sakta hai. • Hydration – Raat ko ek glass paani bed ke paas rakhein aur subah uthne ke baad turant peene ka habit banayein. • Sitting Position Change – Agar subah bed se uthne par zyada problem hoti hai, to dheere-dheere uthne ka habit develop karein. • Doctor Consultation – Agar ye roz hota hai, to ek cardiologist aur pulmonologist se consult zaroor karein. Agar symptoms severe hain ya improve nahi ho rahe, to bina deri kiye ek specialist doctor se milna best rahega.
