Short, flashing pain in the same spot of the head - #10119

Laura

I have very short (one second) pain in the same spot- back of my head. The spot is small, I can show it with my Finger. It is from 6 weeks. Sometimes i have 20 per day, sometimes 2 and sometimes 0 per 3 days. It’s sharp, like an impulse that flash and disappears. I made mri of brain without contrast (fse, frfse, fspgr, swi swan, dwi epi, t1 t2 t2* flair 3D) and mri of cervical spine (fse, stir). Both are ok. Neurological exam, blood tests like morphology and crp are also ok. What can be a reason? I’m aftaid of cancer, is it possible?
