Hi doctor, I'm a 19 year old Male, having a concern in my groin area. A few days ago, it began with being itchy and scratching, and now there's occasional clear or slightly yellowish liquid coming from it, similar to like ear discharge on infection (i know because i had ear infection recently and was on antibiotics) the discharge began from my testes, at first i thought it was just sweat but it was dries up and stiff on my undergarments after college hours. There's no foul smell, major pain, or redness, but the skin around it feels itchy and irritated and inflamed.(groin, testes and near the rectum too) The foreskin also looks inflamed I've been trying to keep the area clean and dry, but the discharge either dries up or restarts again, I'm unsure if this needs treatment or will heal on its own. Can you advise whether it's something to worry about and what I can apply safely at home? I'm rather embarrassed to talk to my parents about it or have a doctor check the area directly. Thank you
