Severe acne on dry skin - #10122
I am 24 years old, I have dry skin, due to some reasons I skipped using moisturizer on face for around 1 week and then I started having acne in cheek and chin area. I started using 1% salicylic acid face wash by derma co and pond's super light gel moisturizer with solreva xl sunscreen But then my face was getting more dry and strechy especially the area around mouth. I had darkness around my mouth may due to excessive sun exposure and habit of licking that area in childhood....that darkness was not treated and now due to this dryness and acne, that area is getting very very dark and dry Right now, I am using Cetaphil face wash for dry and sensitive skin with venusia max moisturizer and solreva xl spf 65 sunscreen Please help me knowing what can I do for acne, dryness and darkness Also, I was on a treatment of isotretinoin 10mg for 6 months till march'25 And for darkness around mouth, I have used demelan lsa for 2-3 weeks but it didn't work.
