Hey Sam , as you have given history, gabapentin doesn't have this long effect and for your medication I would say start again your old vitamin which u were taking as well as get your testosterone levels check .as you are getting erection after taking pde5 tablet there no issue with your vessels.its is eithera hormonal issue or psychotic issue which got flared due to stress and over thinking

I tried old medication but it's no use now. But onething I say that my body taking a lot time for recovery too and also attaining only 80% erection while standing. Is it due to oxidative stress because no supplement working on me

I thinks my t level also normal because I have lean muscle with 28% body fat
Some time even with low fat levels, your sex corticoid are low leading low testosterone levels
And even if your body has slow recovery doesn't makes gabapentin effect to last long for 2 months

I even not do once in a month also but I realized this erection issue 5 months ago and after that a doctor oral medication of folmidon, bevon and calshel k2 which recovered me but three months ago when I took gabanyl 400 leg pain relief then I lost all my gain and went back to previous condition after that I tried all medication still no recovery
It sounds like you're experiencing persistent issues with circulation and possibly nerve function, especially after taking Gabanyl 400 (which contains gabapentin, a nerve pain medication). Gabapentin can sometimes cause side effects like reduced sensitivity and poor blood flow, which might explain your symptoms. Since your black tongue spots improved with Bevon (multivitamins), Folmidon (folic acid), and Calshel K2 (calcium + vitamin K2), there could be an underlying deficiency or metabolic issue affecting your recovery. Since PDE5 inhibitors work temporarily but don't restore normal function, it’s crucial to consult a doctor (preferably a urologist or endocrinologist) to check for hormonal imbalances, nerve issues, or circulatory problems. Blood tests (testosterone, vitamin D, B12, and folate levels) and a Doppler ultrasound for penile blood flow might help diagnose the root cause. Stopping unnecessary medications, regular exercise, and stress management can also aid recovery. Avoid self-medicating further and seek medical guidance for a targeted solution.
