Doctors’ responses

Dear Usera, Your symptoms, including breast pain, chest pain, stomach pain, uterus pain, and loose motions, could have multiple causes. Since your sonography was normal, there is likely no major structural issue, but digestive problems and hormonal imbalances should be considered. 1. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or Food Intolerance – If loose motions occur right after eating, it could indicate lactose intolerance, gluten sensitivity, or IBS. 2. Gastritis or Acid Reflux – Stomach and chest pain could be due to acid-related issues. 3. Hormonal Imbalances – Breast and uterus pain may be linked to PMS, PCOS, or fibrocystic breast changes. 4. Stress and Anxiety – Digestive issues often worsen with stress. 5. Gut Infection or Bacterial Imbalance – Loose motions and stomach pain could be due to mild infection or gut dysbiosis. To help manage your symptoms: 1. Take probiotics – Either as OTC supplements or through natural sources like curd and buttermilk. 2. Follow a bland diet – Foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast can help settle your stomach. 3. Stay hydrated – Drink ORS or coconut water to prevent weakness from loose motions. 4. Avoid trigger foods – Spicy, oily, and dairy products can irritate your stomach further. 5. Eat small, frequent meals – This can make digestion easier. 6. Try herbal remedies – Ginger or fennel tea may help relieve stomach pain and bloating. Consult a doctor in person if: 1. Loose motions persist for more than three days, worsen, or include blood. 2. Breast or uterus pain worsens or becomes constant. 3. Severe weakness, dehydration, or weight loss occurs. Focusing on gut health and identifying food triggers can provide long-term relief. If symptoms continue, consulting a gastroenterologist or gynecologist would be the best next step.

Hello Usera ji As you have complaints of breast ,chest and stomach pain it is likely due to hyperacidity which is causing gastric problem. And for complaints of loose motion it is most likely due to irritable bowel syndrome which causes frequent loose motion and stomach pain .for this I would suggest you 1) start taking probiotic in your diet like yakut and Greek yoghurt Include fibre diet in your meal Take antioxidant and anti-inflammatory food like banana, papaya Avoid spicy and oily food from outside or at home Take Pantop 40mg for acidity daily in morning empty stomach Take ors as you are having frequent loose motion
