Hello Medhari, As you have tried loosing weight and not succeed much then I would suggest u to get checked for PCOS and hypothyroidism as they are common cause stubborn weight And for weight loss ,I would suggest you to intense excercise for 30 min in morning For inflammation, U can start drinking luke warm water with honey and lemon and cumin(soaked overnight).also you can involve omega 3 fatty acid,fibre rich fruits and banana.if you have more query and questions feel free to ask
