Doctors’ responses

Hi Shaban, It sounds like you’re going through a tough time with that left-side pain and urinary pressure, especially after your surgery a few months back. Given your symptoms, this could be due to a kidney stone, possible urinary infection, or post-surgery issues like scar tissue causing discomfort. What You Can Do Right Now: 1. Hydration: Drink plenty of water (2-3 liters) to help flush out any possible stones. 2. Pain Relief: Take a mild painkiller (like paracetamol) if the pain gets intense. 3. Get Checked: A urine test and possibly an ultrasound would help rule out stones, infection, or post-surgery complications. If the pain spikes, or if you notice fever, nausea, or blood in your urine, don’t wait—see a doctor immediately. Let me know how it goes, and I’m here if you need more advice.

Hello shaban,I feel what are you going through after surgery. As you have pain in left side not in the back ..then probably of having kidney stone is very less ..for confirmation u can get USG abdomen done .and your history is more prone towards incisional hernia due to extreme pressure during urination and history surgery. For that I would suggest you to go general surgeon to get your stitches checked as well for swelling.By USG abdomen. U will know if it is hernia or stones. Thanks hope this helps you
