Hi Nitin, It sounds like you’re facing multiple concerns, including low libido, erection issues, premature ejaculation, back acne, and hair fall. Since these could be linked to hormonal imbalances, lifestyle factors, or stress, let’s break it down. Possible Causes and Next Steps: 1. Hormonal Imbalance: • Low testosterone (which could explain reduced libido, lack of morning wood, and hair loss) might be a factor. Recommended Tests: • Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, LH, FSH, and Prolactin (to check hormone levels). • Thyroid Profile (imbalances can affect energy, libido, and hair). 2. Lifestyle Factors: • Stress, poor sleep, smoking, and lack of exercise can reduce libido and testosterone. • Try to get 7-8 hours of sleep, manage stress, and incorporate some strength training or cardio. 3. Acne and Hairfall: • These could be related to hormonal changes, especially if you notice oily skin. • Consider using mild medicated shampoos and consult a dermatologist if hair loss worsens. Premature Ejaculation (PE): • PE can be linked to stress, anxiety, or overstimulation. • Relaxation techniques, pelvic floor exercises, and certain medications (if needed) may help. Next Steps: Start with the above hormone tests and lifestyle improvements. Once the results are in, you can consult an endocrinologist or urologist for further guidance if needed.
