If you also have problem of frequent sneezes , itching sensation in nose / ears / throat- you are likely to have allergic rhinitis. This means your body is reacting aggressively to allergens either in your diet or/ surroundings like dust , pollution, pollen in gardens . Try to maintain allergy diary and you need to note down - what foods and what environmental changes are bringing these symptoms and need to avoid them in future . We advise to change bedsheets , pillow covers , curtains regularly . Practice steam inhalation with plain water . You can also undergo skin allergen testing to identify common allergens which are causing symptoms to your body and you need to avoid them. We give medicines for symptomatic improvement
