I am a 25-year-old woman. I have had irregular/missed menstrual periods since September. Urine and blood tests are normal: Pregnancy test: Negative No urine infection Blood group O+, genotype AA Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and VDRL: Negative Ultrasound scan shows an ovarian cyst. I experience lower abdominal bloating/movement sensation, but no severe pain. I am trying to conceive and do not want contraceptive treatment. I want treatment to regulate my cycle and support ovulation, not to prevent pregnancy.
