How to stop restless sleep - #10258

I toss and turn all night, I wake up consistently. In the morning music is playing in my head over and over. Blood pressure is good, I don’t have diabetes, my testosterone labs is at 432. My mother gave me a vitamin b12 shot and I was able to take a nap, I also noticed I was able to breathe better in my sleep after the shot wich. Thought was weird
