عندي ألم في الجانب الأيمن من تحت في البطن (الجزء الأمامي)، الألم بييجي فجأ ده وممحتاجه اعرف دخه من اي - #10251

السلام عليكم، أنا عندي ألم في الجانب الأيمن من تحت في البطن (الجزء الأمامي)، الألم بييجي فجأة وبيعدّي، وكمان بحس أحيانًا بوخز أو شكة في الظهر من الخلف في مناطق حساسة. الألم مش شديد لكنه متكرر، ومش مرتبط بحركة محددة، أحيانًا بيظهر بعد الأكل أحيانًا لا. حابة أعرف رأيكم: ممكن يكون سبب الألم عضلي/عصبي ولا ممكن يكون شيء داخلي زي المرارة أو الكلى؟ وهل تنصحوني بعمل فحوصات معينة؟ شكرًا جزيلاً لكم.
