Feeling headache, heavyness, bit nausea, kindly help and diagnos - #10124

Today from morning I am feeling nausea mild headache, and pain in neck region, I am non diabetic not alcoholic, yesterday night while waking from bed , it seems that things are rotating around mee. Kindly help.
