Post inflammatory pigmentation - #10009

I hv post inflammatory pigmentation from from 1 month after an injury recently. I have applied hydroquinone cream, vit C serum and vaniza gold gel. And within 1 week dark spot became red. Is it normal or getting worse? And if it alright then how much it will take to get normal skin tone from red?
