Can Reginald sunscreen useful for women if no please suggest a good sunscreen - #9697

My face become more dull and tanned ….im using skin shine cream for years and now I’m going under hot sun ..so how can i get rid from this and can you please suggest a good whitening cream….and also now I’m using glutathione face serum but after 2,3 days my face become acne prone so i stop it
