ألم حاد مفاجئ بالمعدة مع غثيان بعد عملية معدة - #10295

اني مسويه عملية معده بتاريخ ١٠/١٩ وراها ب ٧ أو اقل صار عندي التواء سويت عملية ثانيه من فتره يجيني الم حاد مفاجئ بالمعده وظهري يوجعني من الاعلى وغثيان عدم شهيه أخذت دواء Colopride ثلاث مرات باليوم بوصفة طبيبي، بس الفائدة قليلة والأعراض بعدها مستمرة. ما عندي ترجيع قوي، بس الغثيان مزعج والألم يطلع فجأة. شنو السبب المحتمل؟ وهل أحتاج فحوصات أو تغيير علاج؟
