can you pls help me? there's too much to feel - #10278

my throat hurts and it has redness and some bump even in my tongue it hurts to swallow and my neck hurts too when i move it and my lower abdomen hurts i really need help cuz I can't sleep properly cant rest properly and cant eat properly my eyes also feels heavy sometimes
