hello.. from past one i have acne on my head..i consult many dr.but not improvement will be show ...I'm very worried about it btw i m student nd live in hostel . now a days i use niacinamides serum but not give good result ..so plz suggest something ....

Acne on the scalp and body can sometimes occur due to factors like hormonal changes, stress, diet, or poor hygiene. It sounds like you’ve already tried using niacinamide serum, which can be helpful for inflammation and oil control, but it may not address the underlying cause in your case. Given that your acne has been persistent for a year and hasn’t improved, I recommend seeing a dermatologist for a thorough evaluation. They might suggest topical treatments like benzoyl peroxide, retinoids, or even oral medications like antibiotics or hormonal treatments if necessary. In the meantime, try to maintain a healthy skincare routine: Wash your hair regularly with a gentle shampoo (consider one formulated for acne-prone skin). Avoid touching your scalp and body with dirty hands. Keep your stress levels in check, and make sure you’re eating a balanced diet, as certain foods can trigger acne.
