Premature ejaculation I'm having Premature ejaculation.. I had sex and I got discharged in just 2-3 minutes in 5-7 strokes.. Also I don't masturbate regular... But masturbation timing is 50-60 seconds.. How can I cure it?

Premature ejaculation at your age is quite common and treatable. Lasting 2–3 minutes during sex or under a minute during masturbation can be considered early ejaculation, especially if it's causing distress. The cause needs to be evaluated—it could be due to performance anxiety, heightened sensitivity, irregular sexual activity, or psychological factors. Sometimes hormonal or neurological issues may also play a role. Treatment should be tailor-made based on the cause. It may include: 1. Pelvic floor exercises (Kegels) for better control 2. Start-stop or squeeze techniques 3. Desensitizing gels or condoms 4. Medication like low-dose SSRIs if required With consistent practice and the right guidance, this condition can improve significantly. – Dr. Aman Shaba Consultant Psychiatrist 7992489808

I have problem inerection in penis.when I m going to sex my penis is loose..inwant boost my sexual energy.plz give some medice for this.i m in depression plz suggest something.plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz olz

I'm really sorry you're going through this, and I want you to know you're not alone. Erectile dysfunction (ED), especially at 31, can feel incredibly frustrating—but it’s also treatable. Depression, stress, diabetes, poor sleep, and even medications like antidepressants or metformin can contribute to ED. When your mind is clouded with pressure or anxiety about performance, your body struggles to respond. The good news is that this can be reversed with the right combination of medical, mental, and lifestyle support. Medicines like Tadalafil (Cialis 5mg daily) or Sildenafil (Viagra 50mg) are often prescribed to boost erections safely—even in diabetic patients—but they must be used under a doctor’s guidance, especially if you're also taking medications for depression or have heart issues. In addition, getting your testosterone, prolactin, and thyroid levels checked can uncover hormonal causes. Try including natural boosters like ashwagandha, ginseng, zinc, and L-arginine supplements. But none of this will work long-term without addressing the depression too—talk to a psychiatrist (confidentially) who can guide you toward meds that don’t interfere with sexual health. You deserve a happy, confident sex life—and getting better starts with one step: asking for help, just like you’ve done here. I'm with you.

Sexual weakness, erectile dysfunction (ED), and timing issues can be caused by a mix of physical and psychological factors — especially at your age (30). Stress, anxiety, past trauma, or even performance pressure can play a major role. On the physical side, conditions like AVN (Avascular Necrosis), diabetes, or side effects from medications may also impact sexual health. It’s crucial to consult a urologist or a sexologist who can assess hormone levels (like testosterone), blood flow, and nerve function, and offer tailored treatment like medication, therapy, or lifestyle changes. A healthy sex life often starts with addressing both mind and body. Simple daily habits like regular exercise, cutting down on alcohol and tobacco, managing weight, and sleeping well can boost sexual health naturally. Equally, talking to a psychologist or sex therapist can help you release stress and rebuild confidence. Don't hesitate to reach out to a medical professional near Sironj or in your district — many cases like yours improve quickly with the right support and guidance.

How to treat phimosis

My foreskin of glans penis cannot be pulled back completely. While ejaculating or urination it do not cause much pain. But during intercourse it pains. It burns sometimes. I'm not sure if it is phimosis or not. Also, I am addicted to masturbation due to which I'm suffering from both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. I want to treat this phimosis without undergoing any surgical procedure.

It can be balanitis also. Phimosis has to be treated with preputioplasty minimal procedure.

I can not eat anything like, Spicy, some tasty foods since last 12 months, if i eat i feel, hyper Acidity, Gas, Indigestion, diary, and also skin disease, like, fungle infection, and also since last one month my sexual health is completely disorder like, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and low libido 2. Sometime we feel pain in my panis during the day for few minuts . after that its very calm

Your digestive issues — like hyperacidity, gas, and indigestion after eating spicy or rich foods — suggest a chronic gastritis or gut imbalance, possibly even food intolerances or IBS. Long-term gut inflammation can also weaken your immunity, which may be linked to the recurring fungal infections and skin issues. Poor gut health can also affect hormonal balance, contributing to sexual health issues like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and low libido. Occasional pain in the penis could be due to nerve sensitivity, infection, or pelvic floor tension. Stress, poor sleep, and unbalanced nutrition can worsen all these symptoms. You should consult a gastroenterologist and urologist/andrologist to get a complete evaluation. Basic tests like liver function, testosterone levels, blood sugar, vitamin B12/D, stool analysis, and possibly a penile Doppler or ultrasound may help identify the root cause. In the meantime, follow a gut-friendly diet (non-spicy, light, rich in probiotics), stay hydrated, avoid alcohol/tobacco, and consider managing stress through yoga or meditation. These systems are deeply connected, and once your digestion improves, your skin and sexual health may also recover. Let me know if you'd like a gut healing diet plan or a checklist for your doctor visits.
