Hi Anshu, your symptoms — graying hair from roots, irregular periods, dull and darkening skin — suggest hormonal imbalance (possibly PCOS) and nutritional deficiencies like Vitamin B12, D, iron, and biotin. You should: 1. Get tests done: Thyroid profile, hormonal panel (LH, FSH, testosterone), Vitamin B12, D3, iron studies, and a pelvic ultrasound. 2. Consult a gynecologist and dermatologist to address both hormonal and skin/hair issues. 3. Start supplements like B12, biotin, and iron after tests. 4. Eat a balanced diet, reduce stress, and get regular exercise to support hormonal balance.
