have irregular periods or no periods ,sometimes stomach ache abodominal ,back and thigs pain ,if i eat some outside food or any oily food them immediately i do vomit or stomach gets upset from almost a year tried yoga for sometime but no result then went to a doctor she recommended medicines but no result

It sounds like your body has been under a lot of stress, and these symptoms are likely all connected. Irregular or absent periods, along with abdominal/back/thigh pain, food sensitivity, and vomiting after oily food, strongly point toward hormonal imbalance—possibly PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) or a digestive issue like IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) triggered by inflammation. Hormonal fluctuations can affect your gut, and vice versa. The fact that you’ve tried yoga and even medication without much change means your case may need a deeper evaluation, including pelvic ultrasound, thyroid profile, blood sugar levels, and hormonal panel (LH, FSH, prolactin, testosterone). Start with a food diary to track what triggers your digestion issues—most oily, fried, spicy, or processed foods are common culprits. Try switching to a light, gut-friendly diet: home-cooked, fiber-rich meals with curd, boiled veggies, fruits, and plenty of water. For periods, you may benefit from Myo-Inositol + D-Chiro Inositol supplements, which help regulate cycles naturally (available over the counter in India). If periods don’t return for more than 3 months, or if pain is constant, it’s time for an OB-GYN consult + gastro checkup together. You're still very young—this is absolutely manageable with the right combo of hormone and digestive care. Want help with a sample diet plan and daily routine to support both?

I can't control my pee.. i frequently keep visiting washroom nd also i have broken my hymen.. is there any way to regain plz tell me i am so much disturbed ... i feel like my pelvic area is so weak.

As you are going through this,I would advise you to do kegel excercise to strengthen the pelvic floor. Also avoid over hydrating and start bladder training to control this. And regarding your hymen , there is surgery to restore it if u want but in most of female it gets broken after cycling, fall etc so you don't need worry about that

I’m a dedicated medical professional who completed my degree in 2023. However, my journey in medicine began much earlier—since 2018, I have been consistently involved in clinical practice, gaining valuable hands-on exposure across various disciplines. This early and continuous engagement with the field has helped me develop a strong clinical foundation, sharpen my diagnostic skills, and shape my approach to patient-centered care. Over the years, I’ve worked in diverse healthcare environments where I had the opportunity to observe and assist in managing a broad spectrum of medical cases. From general outpatient services to inpatient care and emergency settings, I’ve built experience in handling both acute and chronic conditions. My interactions with patients and mentors have taught me the importance of empathy, clear communication, and evidence-based treatment strategies. My training has also included exposure to preventive health, health education, and community care—areas I believe are essential for long-term wellness. I am particularly focused on ensuring that every patient I see feels understood, informed, and empowered in their healthcare decisions. I approach each case with sincerity, clinical reasoning, and a commitment to continuous learning. With a deep passion for internal medicine and general practice, I continue to expand my skills through daily clinical work and academic enrichment. I believe in providing ethical, efficient, and compassionate care, while building trusting relationships with patients and their families. My goal is to contribute meaningfully to the well-being of every individual I treat and grow each day as a responsible, knowledgeable, and patient-focused doctor.
