I am a married female experiencing persistent vaginal burning. The burning is present almost all day and worsens during urination. I often feel a constant urge to urinate, but sometimes it feels like a false urge, and then the sensation goes away suddenly. I cannot determine if the burning is caused by irritation of the skin, scratches, or if it is internal (from the urethra, bladder, or uterus). I have tried a self-examination of the vaginal area, touching the surface, but I cannot feel any obvious skin irritation or scratches. I am a 25-year-old woman. I have had irregular/missed menstrual periods since September. Urine and blood tests are normal: Pregnancy test: Negative No urine infection Blood group O+, genotype AA Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and VDRL: Negative Ultrasound scan shows an ovarian cyst. I experience lower abdominal bloating/movement sensation, but no severe pain. I am trying to conceive and do not want contraceptive treatment. I want treatment to regulate my cycle and support ovulation, not to prevent pregnancy.

Hello Doctor, I am worried about pregnancy and want to explain my situation clearly. First, we only did foreplay. I wore a condom and there was no penetration. While wearing the condom, she gave me a hand job and ejaculation happened inside the condom only. I removed the condom immediately and threw it away. After that, foreplay continued (kissing, touching only). Later, I wore a new condom and there was some external rubbing only, still no penetration. After a short time (around 20–30 seconds), I removed the condom because it felt uncomfortable. There was no ejaculation during this time and the condom did not break. After that, foreplay continued again. Much later, there was light rubbing without a condom, but only over her underwear (panty). There was no direct skin-to-skin genital contact and no penetration. Fingering was also done only over the panty, not inside the vagina. No semen was released outside the condom at any point. Her periods are usually irregular. Last month they came around the 18th. This month they were expected around the 17–18, but today it is the 20th and periods have not started yet. Please tell me if there is any possibility of pregnancy in this situation or if the delay could be due to stress or irregular cycles. Thank you.

Good evening doctor, these days I was a little sick I take contraceptives and for 2 days I had gone to the toilet once, I was worried about the absorption of the pill, logically the pill was okay (it was not typical diarrhea) but to be covered I took an extra one based on the instructions because I had contact the previous days and I didn't want to play with the odds. The following days I had no issues, I continued normally, however now I will be with 2 pills less due to the incident. I don't want to finish the pack early because I'll get my period sooner. Can I take extra from the spare I have at home so I can get it on the day I want, or is there an issue?

Hi! I am 44, have regular sexual relationship with a male of 38 years old without contraceptives. I have regular period of 27-28 days (3 days of period). Now I dont have menstruation for 3 weeks. I made a pregnancy test two times, it is negative. Also, one month ago my father died, I felt very stressed last few monthes bfcause of his desease. What can be a reason of absense of menstruation?
