Before 1 year I have done my spine surgery but still I am feeling pain there. Unable to stand straight while trying to stand from sir position. Unable to bend forward. The name of the surgery is LUMBAR LAMNECTOMY WITH FUSION & FIXATION + MICRODISECTOMY. How to get relief from this please suggest
