I'm type 1 DM from past 12 years . My levels are almost always under control ( exceptions) Recently I'm facing severe hairfall and acne breakouts I've lost about half the volume of hair and from past 12 years my hair has never been like what it was before my diagnosis Also my acne breakouts are small pus filled and painful which often leave marks My physical appearance used to give me some confidence and now 🥺☹️

Hello Hamsa ,

1) epiduo gel 30gm
    use once before bedtime in pea size amount for 1-2 months

2) Use cleanser like cerave or face wash Ahaglow twice a day.

3) tab Azithral  500
    1 tab after dinner for 5 days
4) Tab limcee
   1 tab twice day for 30 days

* avoid spicy food*
