M 74 bye pass done 6 years ago. I have diabetic gastroparesis since 12 years. Also hiatus hernia. How to manage burping, bloating, chest tightness and bp fluctuations. Taken many ecg echo several times. Doctors say am fine

Change ur diet add more liquids soups porridges .. drink more water ... of severe u can use tab metoclopramide once daily night before sleep along with 20ml syrup cremaffin at night times
