How to reduce tightness and discomfort near the chest region - #9196

Have tightness and discomfort near the chest area and stomach feels full and tight. All heart related test normal and even taken the treatement of ppi for stomach related. But still the problem has not gone away. So please suggest something. All this has happened after an accident and had an head injury with 9 stiches.
